SUMMER CAPTAIN'S PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Monday - 9:15 AM - Oak Point Elementary Lower Parking Lot

Tuesday - 9:15 AM - EPHS East Entrance

Thursday - 9:15 AM - EPHS East Entrance

Saturday - 8:00 AM - Location TBD

Winter Training

We always encourage student athletes to participate or compete in another Winter Sport when interested. However, for athletes that do not have a winter sport, the training plans below offer ideas on how to stay in great running shape over the winter months!

Winter Training Plan A - 20 Miles/Week Average

Winter Training Plan B - 30 Miles/Week Average
